About Us
Our Goal
This website is here to provide free information to help you, or anyone, learn about gut-brain health and navigate through misinformation.
Probiotics, gut health, and “wellness” are all very trendy right now – for good reason. People want to be healthy and happy – one of the best places to start is your gut. The new rise in wellness has unfortunately led to misinformation, fad diets, and scam supplements. Without years of higher education, it is difficult to figure out what is BS and what is not.
Here, our goal is to break down the science behind it all. References to the research behind claims will always be included.
Want to know if a trend you hear about has any credibility? Want to know why something is healthy (or isn’t)? Don’t hesitate to ask!
